Each home we design is the perfect reflection of your needs, right down to the smallest detail. We're proud to have perfected the craft of custom home building and luxury home building in Wilton and surrounding areas.

What to Know About Hiring a Wilton Custom Home Builder

When searching for a luxury home builder in Wilton, you'll often come across two types of custom homes: production homes, which are built according to specific plans and may offer both the home and the land as a package or simply the ability to customize the home on your own land. While technically it is a "custom home", you're only tweaking small amenities as part of the overall package. It doesn't give you the freedom and complete options that you would get when working with a design build firm like HouseIdea.

With our custom home design team, you can supply a floor plan you've created, or commission us to create a set of floor plans for you from scratch. When you work with us, you'll have the benefit of getting both the architectural design and the construction process done all in one place.

We're With You Every Step of the Way

One of the biggest reasons that residents in and around Wilton choose HouseIdea is because not only do we build your custom home, we also help you design it. That saves you time and money by going to an all-in-one design build company in Wilton that can help create your vision exactly the way you imagine it. Rather than having a preset "menu" of options to choose from, you get to choose nearly any product from nearly any category that fits along with your budget. It really is that easy!

If you want to be involved in the process from start to finish, but have guidance and direction along the way, choosing our design build firm as your Wilton custom home builder is the way to go.
